Green tea comes from the same plant (Camellia sinensis) as Everyday tea and White tea. Unlike black teas, green and white teas do not undergo fermentation. The leaves are dried immediately after they’ve been rolled, which ensures they produce a light fresh tasting liquor, retain their green colour and remain a natural source of antioxidants.
