If you are at all uncertain at any time about the security of Internet transactions you can of course place your order by phone or fax.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied, a return will be accepted provided you contact us within a period of 10 days of receipt of your purchase. Goods damaged in transit will be replaced. In either case, please contact us before returning any products. These terms may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are therefore advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within thirty days of the delivery date, and return the goods supplied to Clipper for a full refund.

You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by either:

Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned to us at your own expense, within 30 days of your notice to cancel.

Providing all goods are returned in original condition with all packaging, you will receive a full refund, less any delivery and/or collection charges, within 30 days of giving us your notice to cancel.

We endeavour to process all orders on receipt, however some products are particularly popular and this is not always possible. To avoid disappointment please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
