Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Open to UK, residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Clipper Teas Limited and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

2. The prize is a pair of tickets to the Serenata Music Festival. The festival is being held from 26th - 28th August 2010 on the Smedmore Estate, Kimmeridge, Dorset. The tickets which are worth £155 each grant you access to the festival and camp site. No other expenses associated with the festival will be covered. No cash alternative.

3. To submit your entry complete an official entry form electronically at www.clipper-teas.com.

4. Only one entry per household is allowed.

5. The closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 1st August 2010.

6. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, or corrupt entries or those not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.

7. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

8. Winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

9. In the event that no contact has been made within 5 days the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and re-award it to a reserve winner.

10. The names and counties of the winners will be available on www.clipper-teas.com between 02/09/2010 and 02/10/2010.

11. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. See our privacy policy at www.clipper-teas.com.

13. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.

14. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
