Glastonbury X Clipper Competition

1. GENERAL
  1. This Promotion is organised by Kallo Foods Limited acting under the brand name “Clipper Tea” (Promotor), having its address at Kallo Foods Ltd, River View, 2 The Meadows Business Park, Station Approach, Blackwater, Camberley, Surrey, GU17 9AB].
  2. Promotion Period: from 00 BST on 01/04/2025 to 23.59 BST on 31/05/25.
  3. Promotional Products: Clipper Organic & Fairtrade 80s and Clipper Fairtrade Everyday 80s purchased in participating supermarkets.
  4. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion Period. Any such changes will be communicated via https://www.clipper-teas.com/Glastonbury-2025-Prize.
  5. Questions, comments and complaints about this Promotion and the Terms and Conditions can be sent via email to help@clipper-teas.com. We will do our utmost to handle your complaint as quickly as reasonably possible.
2. PARTICIPATION
  1. To Enter: visit https://www.clipper-teas.com/Glastonbury-2025-Prize and enter your details along with unique code found on the opening of participating packs.
  2. Purchase and internet access are required. Please retain your promotional pack carton as it may be required to verify your win.
  3. Participation in this Promotion is only open to legal residents of UK who are aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Promotor and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
  4. You may take part in the Promotion only once. A maximum of one Prize per person can be won during the Promotion Period.
  5. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
  6. The Promotor reserves the right to exclude a participant from the Promotion if such person is found to have provided incorrect, incomplete or misleading contact information.
3. PRIZES AND WINNERS
  1. During the Promotion Period, the following prizes shall be awarded:
    1. Main Prize: One pair of 10 x Glastonbury Festival 2025 tickets. One pair of tickets per person worth £378. All non-photo ticket holders will be required to carry photo ID, to identify themselves as the designated ticket holder. Any tickets that are found to be offered for transfer or sale will be cancelled, and the ticket holders refused admission.
      
      At least one ticketholder per pair must be aged 18 or over. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied to the Festival by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over, who would usually be the parent, carer, legal guardian or other adult entrusted with the care of that child) who accepts full responsibility and full supervision, at all times, for all under 16s attending under their supervision. Anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted to enter, leave or re-enter the Festival site unaccompanied by their responsible adult. Persons aged 13-15 (teenagers) may be permitted to exit and re-enter the Festival if wearing a “Parental Permission for Exit/Re-entry Wristband”.
      
      Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

    2. Runner Up Prizes: 40 x Clipper Merchandise worth up to £70.
  2. Winner Selection: Winning moments (2^nd June 2025, 23:59) during the Promotion Period have been randomly and securely selected by a third party. Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize draw will be conducted by a Third Party, within 5 working days of the close of the Promotion Period.
  3. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified instantly if they have won a prize. The Main Prize winner will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the prize draw date and will be required to send their winning promotional pack, and their full name and address to [Kallo Foods Ltd, River View, 2 The Meadows Business Park, Station Approach, Blackwater, Camberley, Surrey, GU17 9AB]. Acceptance of the prize needs to be carried out within 5 days of first contact received.
  4. If the winner refuses the prize or does not respond to the initial contact within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
  5. The Main Prize winner will be contacted within 5 working days of draw to organise the award of the prize. Runner Up Prize winners will receive their prize within 1 month of receipt of their delivery details.
  6. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
  7. If for any reason the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
  8. Any tax payable with respect to the Prizes shall be borne by the Promotor.
4. PERSONAL INFORMATION
  1. All participants agree to allow the Promoter to collect all personal information (“Personal Information”) entered in the participant form (name, country of residence, email, postal address etc…) to participate to the Promotion. Participants allow the Promotor to use the Personal Information to draw prizes and announce the winners of the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and countries of residence of the winners which will be available for 2 months after the promotional period ends.
  2. The Personal Information will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way whatsoever. It may be communicated to third-party service providers located in the European Economic Area, for the sole purpose of the organization of the Promotion and delivery of the prizes to the winners.
  3. The Personal Information will be retained for the duration of the Promotion and 6 months after the end of the Promotion.
  4. The Personal Information collected may also be used for electronic marketing purposes by the Promotor, subject to having obtained the prior written consent from the participants (opt in available on the participant form).
  5. Your personal data will be held in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation currently in force. We will only use your personal data for the administration of this Promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. We will only share your data with Third Party for the purposes of and in order to fulfil this Promotion.
5. LIABILITY
  1. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
  2. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
6. PROOF
  1. The Promotor has put in place the technical means necessary to demonstrate the participation or non-participation of a participant. Except in the case of manifest error, the data contained in the Promotor’s information systems are conclusive as to the connection elements and information resulting from computer processing relating to the Promotion.
    
    Participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or probative value of the aforementioned elements of nature or in computer or electronic formats or media, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever which specifies that certain documents must be in writing or signed by the parties to constitute proof.
    
    Thus the elements considered constitute proof and, if they are produced as means of proof by the Promotor in any litigation or other proceedings, they will be admissible, valid and opposable between the parties in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be established, received or kept in writing.
7. APPLICABLE LAW
  1. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
  2. These Terms and Conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
