Clipper Tea x Wilderness On Pack Competition 2026

  1.  GENERAL
    1. This Promotion is organised by Kallo Foods Limited, acting under the brand name ‘Clipper Tea’ having its address at River View, 2 The Meadows Business Park, Station Approach, Blackwater, Camberley, Surrey, GU17 9AB (the “Promotor”).
    2. Promotion Period: from 00.00 BST on 27/04/26 to on 10/07/26.
    3. Promotional Products. Classic Everyday Tea x 80, Everyday Organic Tea x 80, Everyday Organic Tea x 160, Fairtrade Organic Tea x 80, Fairtrade Organic Tea x 160, Decaf Fairtrade Organic Tea x 80, English Breakfast Organic Tea x 80, Organic Pure Green Tea x 80, Organic Lemon Green Tea x 80, Ginger & Turmeric Organic Infusion x 20, Peppermint & Spearmint Organic Infusion x 20, Sleep Time Organic Infusion x 20
    4. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion Period. Any such changes will be communicated via clipper-teas.com/terms-and-conditions-wilderness.
    5. Questions, comments and complaints about this Promotion and the Terms and Conditions can be sent via email to help@clipper-teas.com. We will do our utmost to handle your complaint as quickly as reasonably possible.
  2. PARTICIPATION
    1. To Enter: To enter draws, purchase promo product, then scan on pack QR code or visitclipper-teas.com/clipper-x-wilderness and enter your details and the unique code printed on the inside of the promotional pack carton.
    2. Purchase and internet access are required. Please retain your promotional pack carton and your purchase receipt as it may be required to verify your win.
    3. Participation in this Promotion is only open to legal residents of UK & Ireland who are aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Promotor and anyone employed by a company involved in the organization of this Promotion including the employees of Audi presents Wilderness Festival.
    4. One entry per person per prize draw and a maximum of one Prize per person can be won during the whole Promotion Period. The participants can continue to enter the weekly prize draw until they win. To ensure no duplicates, a cross check is carried out by the Promoter.
    5. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
    6. The Promotor reserves the right to exclude a participant from the Promotion if such person is found to have provided incorrect, incomplete or misleading contact information. The Promotor reserves the right to exclude any fraudulent participant.
  3. PRIZES AND WINNERS
    1. During the Promotion Period, the following prizes shall be awarded:
      1. Main Prize: 20 x 1 pair of Weekend General Camping tickets to Audi presents Wilderness Festival 2026. Prize just includes General Camping tickets, not travel or upgraded accommodation. Tickets worth approximately £288 each.
      2. Runner Up Prizes: 40 x Clipper merchandise, worth approximately £20 and 1 x box of Fairtrade & Organic 80’s, worth approximately £4.00 and 1 x infusion; either Sleep Time or Ginger & Turmeric or Peppermint & Spearmint, worth approximately £3.40.
    2. Winner Selection: First prize draw Friday 8th May 2026 thereafter every Friday, final prize draw Friday 10th July 2026. Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received for each prize draw. The prize draw will be conducted by a Third Party.
    3. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the prize draw and will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 calendar days of initial contact.
    4. If the winner refuses the prize or does not respond to the initial contact within 14 calendar days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
    5. The Main Prize winner will be contacted to organise the award of the prize. Runner Up Prize winners will receive their prize within 1 month of receipt of their delivery details.
    6. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
    7. If for any reason the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
    8. Any tax payable with respect to the Prizes shall be borne by the Promotor.
    9. The Promotor cannot be held liable for any damage arising from the use or enjoyment of the prizes.
    10. Audi presents Wilderness 2026 General Camping Tickets: are valid for the 2026 event, taking place from 30thJuly to 2nd August 2026, at Cornbury Park, Oxfordshire. The tickets are subject to the event Terms & Conditions which can be found here: Terms and Conditions of Entry – Wilderness Festival.
  4. PERSONAL INFORMATION
    1. All participants agree to allow the Promoter to collect all personal information (“Personal Information”) entered in the participant form including full name, addresses for the winners and email address to participate in the Promotion. Participants allow the Promotor to use the Personal Information to draw prizes and announce the winners of the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and counties of residence of the winners which will be available for 2 months after the promotional period ends. The winners may refuse the publication of their names and county of residence by informing the Promotor in writing.
    2. The Personal Information will be communicated to Mad River and Promo Veritas, located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, for the sole purpose of the organization of the Promotion and delivery of the prizes to the winners.
    3. The Personal Information will be retained for the duration of the Promotion and 2 months after the end of the Promotion.
    4. The Personal Information collected may also be used for electronic marketing purposes by the Promotor, subject to having obtained the prior written consent from the participants (opt in available on the participant form).
    5. Your personal data will be held in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation currently in force. We will only use your personal data for the administration of this Promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. We will only share your data with Third Party for the purposes of and in order to fulfil this Promotion.
  5. LIABILITY
    1. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
    2. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  6. PROOF

    1. The Promotor has put in place the technical means necessary to demonstrate the participation or non-participation of a participant. Except in the case of manifest error, the data contained in the Promotor’s information systems are conclusive as to the connection elements and information resulting from computer processing relating to the Promotion.

    2. Participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or probative value of the aforementioned elements of nature or in computer or electronic formats or media, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever which specifies that certain documents must be in writing or signed by the parties to constitute proof.

    3. Thus the elements considered constitute proof and, if they are produced as means of proof by the Promotor in any litigation or other proceedings, they will be admissible, valid and opposable between the parties in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be established, received or kept in writing.

  7. APPLICABLE LAW
    1. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
    2. These Terms and Conditions and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London (United Kingdom).
