Participation in this Promotion is only open to legal residents of UK who are aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Promotor and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
You may take part in the Promotion only once. A maximum of one Prize per person can be won during the Promotion Period.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
The Promotor reserves the right to exclude a participant from the Promotion if such person is found to have provided incorrect, incomplete or misleading contact information
PRIZES AND WINNERS
During the Promotion Period, the following prizes shall be awarded:
Main Prize: One pair of 5 x Glastonbury Festival 2024 tickets [One pair of tickets per person] worth [£720]. All non-photo ticket holders will be required to carry photo ID, to identify themselves as the designated ticket holder. Any tickets that are found to be offered for transfer or sale will be cancelled, and the ticket holders refused admission. As tickets are allocated in pairs, to prevent any attempts to transfer or sell tickets, we shall request you to transfer us the names of any ‘plus ones’ once we confirm you won 1 x pair of Glastonbury Festival tickets. If being allocated in pairs, at least one must be aged 18 or over. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied to the Festival by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over, who would usually be the parent, carer, legal guardian or other adult entrusted with the care of that child) who accepts full responsibility and full supervision, at all times, for all under 16s attending under their supervision. Anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted to enter, leave or re-enter the Festival site unaccompanied by their responsible adult. Persons aged 13-15 (teenagers) may be permitted to exit and re-enter the Festival if wearing a “Parental Permission for Exit/Re-entry Wristband”.If not being allocated in pairs, the ticket holder must be aged 18 or over.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

Runner Up Prizes: 1,000 Clipper x Glastonbury Tea Caddy worth £10. The total value of the prizes is estimated at £10.
All entrees: 1 x 3 months subscription to AllTrails+
Winner Selection: [[X] winning moments (1st June 2024, 23:59) during the Promotion Period have been randomly and securely selected [by a third party]. Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize draw will be conducted by [a Third Party], within 5 working days of the close of the Promotion Period.]
Winner Notification: [Winners will be notified instantly if they have won a prize. The Main Prize winner will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the prize draw date and will be required to send their winning promotional pack, and their full name and address to [Kallo Foods Ltd, River View, 2 The Meadows Business Park, Station Approach, Blackwater, Camberley, Surrey, GU17 9AB]. Acceptance of the prize needs to be carried out within 5 days of first contact received.
If the winner refuses the prize or does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
The Main Prize winner will be contacted within 5 working days of [receipt of winner’s winning promotional pack carton] to organise the award of the prize. Runner Up Prize winners will receive their prize within 1 month of receipt of their delivery details.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
If for any reason the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
Any tax payable with respect to the Prizes shall be borne by the Promotor.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and country of residence to announce the winners of the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and countries of residence of the winners.
NOTE, separate consent required: The winners also agree to cooperate in promotional activities in connection with the award of the prizes and give permission to the Promotor to use their name, photos and videos for publicity purposes in any form of media without compensation.

LIABILITY
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
APPICABLE LAW
If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
These Terms and Conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
